How mazeattack works
mazeattack is a garden maze-chase game where a young pineapple moves through Moonvine Garden collecting water droplets and fertiliser pods. Four berry guardians patrol the maze, and clearing every pickup ripens the patch and advances the level.
Water is the steady scoring route, fertiliser triggers a temporary Growth Surge, and buried treasure appears as a bonus objective. During a Growth Surge the guardians become vulnerable, which lets you reverse the chase for a short window. The safest strategy is to clear corners early, save a fertiliser pod for crowded lanes, and avoid entering a dead end while all four guardians are nearby.
The game records best score locally in your browser. It does not require a login and does not upload gameplay progress.

FAQ
What is Growth Surge?
Growth Surge is the short power state triggered by fertiliser pods. It lets the pineapple challenge the berry guardians instead of only avoiding them.
Why should corners be cleared first?
Corners and long dead ends give you fewer escape routes. Clearing them while the maze is open reduces the chance of being trapped late in the patch.
Does mazeattack save progress?
Only the best score is kept locally. Each new play session starts a fresh run.
